VIANDICO CANYON
Level 1 | Families | Small groups, initiation in canyoningViandico Canyon in the Añisclo Canyon
The Viandico Canyon is one of the best initiation canyons in the Spanish Pyrenees.
It is located in the Añisclo Canyon, in the heart of the Ordesa National Park. Its waters coming from the peak of Monte Perdido (3,355m) have sculpted one of the most spectacular canyons in Europe.
Canyon practically accessible to everyone, as long as you know how to swim, where you will not find any obligatory step: All jumps, slides and rappels are optional.
Its simplicity and its short route in such a beautiful environment make it ideal for families with children or groups of friends who want a first contact with canyoning.
Guaranteed fun thanks to the large number of jumps and magnificent end with the ” Cascada de Aso” of 14 meters, which is ideal for learning the technique of rappel (abseil).
We can combine this canyoning activity with the circular excursion to the Hermitage of San Úrbez in the Añisclo Canyon, obtaining a very pleasant and complete day.
