Canyoning in Huesca
We organize canyoning trips in the Pyrenees every day of the week from Ainsa.
Not only will you discover the best canyons of Ordesa, but we will also show you the flora and geology of the area.
It is the most fun and complete adventure activity there is, with its doses of adrenaline, nature and fun.
We are didactic guides, we work unhurried and eager to show you the secrets hidden in our canyons.
What does the canyoning activity consist of?
Canyoning or descent of canyons consists of descending a riverbed, overcoming the different obstacles that we find by means of different canyoning techniques, such as jumping, slides and rappelling.
In the canyons we will find natural waterfalls, crystal clear pools and flooded gorges, all wrapped with a unique and spectacular scenery.
Who can go canyoning?
The activity of canyoning in the Pyrenees is open to everyone, families with children, couples and groups of friends.
To do canyoning it is essential to know how to swim. If you have vertigo it is better to choose a canyon without rappel or with not very high rappels.
There are different levels of canyoning where we take into account the age, experience and physical condition of the participants.
Where does the canyoning activity take place?
The Pyrenean canyons that we work in are distributed in different valleys such as Ordesa Valley, Añisclo Canyon, Escuain and Pineta, all of them being less than 45 minutes from Ainsa.
The meeting point for the activity will be at our Alto Pirineo office. There we will test the equipment and you will follow the guide’s car to the parking lot of the canyon. If you are staying closer to the canyon you can stay directly there.
