The Miraval Inferior canyon is an ideal initiation canyon for families with children.
We will find many jumps of various heights that will always be optional and some we can repeat. There are also some natural slideswhere we will enjoy sliding down the water.
The canyon is very aquatic where we will have to swim, although as it is the end of a long river, the water will not be as cold as the other canyons.
The Miraval Inferior is for families with small children, from 8 to 13 years old. We will leave late, around 10:00 a.m., to catch the central part of the day and take advantage of the hottest hours in the water. It is necessary to foresee food and water.

- You have to know how to swim
- No experience necessary

- Sneakers with laces and stiff soles (running shoes)
- Food (sandwich, dried fruits and nuts, bars,…) and water (1 liter per person).
- Sunscreen
- Spare clothing and footwear to be left in the car
