Oscuros del Vero, Canyoning in the Sierra de Guara

Canyoning in the Sierra of Guara

Canyoning in the Sierra de Guara is done within the Natural Park of Cañones de la Sierra de Guara.

Considered one of the most emblematic places for canyoning, it is an ideal destination for adventure getaways.

The Guara canyons stand out for their beauty, their turquoise and warm waters, and for the recreational nature of their descents.

Alquézar Capital of Canyoning in the Sierra de Guara

Alquezar, capital of canyoning Sierra de Guara

Alquézar is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. It preserves its essence of a mountain village with the Vero Canyon under its feet.

A medieval structure, with narrow cobbled streets, with its castle-collegiate church at the top of the village.

A very lively town with friendly people and good atmosphere, good food and maintaining its roots and customs.

This is where it all began, the history of canyoning in the Sierra de Guara and Spain, with the descent of the Vero Canyon.

Alquézar has been and will be a reference for canyoning.

This is where we recommend you to stay without any doubt, if you are planning a canyoning getaway in the Sierra de Guara.
