Location Map
The Forcos Canyon
The Forcos or A’glera canyon is an ideal canyon for late spring and is located in the lonely valley of Bergua, very close to Fiscal, therefore very accessible from both Ainsa and Jaca. It is located in the area known as the Sobrepuerto where practically all the villages are abandoned because the roads never arrived.
To make the Forcos canyon we will have an approach of 1 hour and a quarter by a very comfortable path that runs through the forest, parallel to the river and with little slope. We will arrive at the entrance of the Forcos, where we will have a snack and put on our neoprene.
The Forcos canyon is an initiation canyon for adults in spring and families in summer, where we will not find difficult or forced steps. At the entrance we have the option to make a small rappel or jump and enter one of the most beautiful corridors of the Pyrenees. We will be alternating stretches embedded with more open areas, where we will make jumps and slides surrounded by a solitary and spectacular scenery.
Once we reach the end of the ravine, we can relax a little and take a bath to get strength for the final climb that will return us to the village of Bergua in 30 minutes.
