Miraval Superior Canyon

The Miraval Canyon is undoubtedly one of the star canyons of Ordesa, becoming a great classic of the Pyrenees.

It is located halfway between Ainsa and the French border. Direct waters from Monte Perdido, with an infinity of springs and tributaries, make Miraval a very aquatic canyon.

The Miraval Superior is the most demanding of all the canyons for beginners. Continuous contact with the water, currents and jumps that can be high (optional).

The Miraval Superior is made up of spectacular narrow corridors, large pools and small overhangs.

This descent is ideal for people who like water and have a good pace. We will find many jumps, of different heights, being obligatory a jump of 4 meters.

Impressive end corridor with high walls and a width of 2 meters with recessed logs of large dimensions.

Access to the canyon is via a forest track in good condition and toll charged (3 €/car).

From 14 years old
Knowing how to swim
Normal physical condition
No experience necessary

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

Sneakers with laces and stiff soles (running shoes)
Food (sandwich, dried fruits, snacks, bars,…)
Water (1 liter per person)
Swimsuit, towel and sunscreen
Spare clothing and footwear to be left in the car
